Thông tin tài khoản: tên, email, mật khẩu đã băm. Nội dung bạn đưa lên: video, caption, hashtag, tên khách hàng, chiến dịch, ý kiến duyệt bài. Thông tin thanh toán: gói, hoá đơn, mã chuyển khoản; chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ hay thông tin đăng nhập ngân hàng. Nhật ký kỹ thuật: địa chỉ IP, thời điểm, lỗi, để vận hành và bảo mật.

Account information: name, email, hashed password. Content you upload: videos, captions, hashtags, client names, campaigns, approval comments. Billing information: plan, invoices, transfer codes; we do not store card numbers or bank credentials. Technical logs: IP address, timestamps, errors, for operations and security.

Khi bạn kết nối một tài khoản TikTok qua đăng nhập chính thức của TikTok, chúng tôi nhận và lưu: mã định danh mở (open id), tên hiển thị, ảnh đại diện, các thiết lập đăng bài (tuỳ chọn riêng tư, trạng thái bình luận, duet, stitch, thời lượng tối đa), mã truy cập và mã làm mới. Với mỗi bài đăng qua nền tảng, chúng tôi lưu mã bài và số lượt xem, thích, bình luận, chia sẻ theo thời gian.

When you connect a TikTok account through TikTok's official login, we receive and store: the open id, display name, avatar, posting settings (privacy options, comment/duet/stitch status, maximum duration), an access token and a refresh token. For each post published through the platform we store the post id and view, like, comment and share counts over time.

We use TikTok data only to: display connected channels, send the videos and captions you approved to your account with the options you selected, and produce performance reports for you and the clients you share links with. We do not use TikTok data for advertising, do not sell it, do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers listed in section 5, and do not use it to train models.

Mã truy cập được mã hoá khi lưu và không bao giờ hiển thị hay trả ra qua API. Khi bạn ngắt kết nối kênh, chúng tôi thu hồi mã với TikTok và xoá mã khỏi hệ thống ngay lập tức. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền của XayKenhViet trong phần Cài đặt, Bảo mật, Ứng dụng đã kết nối của TikTok.

Tokens are encrypted at rest and are never displayed or returned through our API. When you disconnect a channel we revoke the token with TikTok and delete it from our systems immediately. You can also revoke XayKenhViet's access from TikTok under Settings, Security, Connected apps.

XayKenhViet dùng YouTube API Services. Khi bạn kết nối một kênh YouTube qua đăng nhập Google, chúng tôi xin hai quyền: youtube.upload để tải lên video bạn đã duyệt và lên lịch làm YouTube Shorts, và youtube.readonly để đọc tên kênh, ảnh đại diện, danh sách video đã tải lên và số lượt xem, thích, bình luận của các video đó. Chúng tôi lưu: mã kênh, tên kênh, ảnh đại diện, mã truy cập và mã làm mới (mã hoá), mã và đường dẫn video, tiêu đề, thời điểm đăng, và số liệu theo thời gian. Chúng tôi không đọc email, danh bạ, lịch sử xem hay bất kỳ dữ liệu Google nào khác.

XayKenhViet uses YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube channel through Google sign-in, we request two scopes: youtube.upload to upload the videos you approved and scheduled as YouTube Shorts, and youtube.readonly to read the channel name, avatar, the list of uploaded videos and their view, like and comment counts. We store: channel id, channel name, avatar, access and refresh tokens (encrypted), video ids and URLs, titles, publish times and metrics over time. We do not read your email, contacts, watch history or any other Google data.

Dữ liệu YouTube chỉ dùng để: đăng video bạn đã lên lịch, hiển thị kênh đã kết nối, và lập báo cáo hiệu quả cho chính bạn và khách hàng bạn gửi link. Chúng tôi không bán, không dùng cho quảng cáo, không dùng để huấn luyện mô hình AI, và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba ngoài nhà cung cấp hạ tầng nêu ở mục 5. Không nhân viên nào đọc dữ liệu này, trừ khi bạn yêu cầu hỗ trợ, cần thiết vì bảo mật, hoặc pháp luật bắt buộc.

YouTube data is used only to publish the videos you scheduled, display connected channels, and produce performance reports for you and the clients you share links with. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, use it to train AI models, or share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers listed in section 5. No person reads this data unless you ask for support, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.

Việc XayKenhViet sử dụng và chuyển giao thông tin nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use. Khi dùng tính năng YouTube, bạn đồng ý với Điều khoản dịch vụ của YouTube, và dữ liệu của bạn còn chịu Chính sách quyền riêng tư của Google.

XayKenhViet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. By using the YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Số liệu YouTube được làm mới ít nhất 30 ngày một lần khi kênh còn kết nối. Khi bạn ngắt kết nối kênh trong XayKenhViet, chúng tôi thu hồi mã với Google, xoá mã ngay lập tức, và xoá số liệu cùng danh sách video đã kéo về từ kênh đó. Bạn cũng có thể thu hồi quyền bất kỳ lúc nào tại myaccount.google.com/permissions; khi mã không còn dùng được, chúng tôi đánh dấu kênh hết hạn và xoá dữ liệu YouTube của kênh trong vòng 7 ngày nếu bạn không kết nối lại.

YouTube metrics are refreshed at least every 30 days while a channel is connected. When you disconnect a channel in XayKenhViet we revoke the token with Google, delete it immediately, and delete the metrics and the imported video list of that channel. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; once the token stops working we mark the channel as expired and delete its YouTube data within 7 days unless you reconnect.

To provide the service: content library, approval workflow, calendar, publishing, reports. To send operational notifications by email, such as a client requesting changes, a failed publish, or an expiring plan; you can turn these off in Settings. For security and abuse prevention. For support when you contact us. We do not send marketing email.

Thành viên workspace theo đúng quyền được gán: biên tập chỉ thấy khách hàng được giao. Khách hàng nhận link duyệt bài chỉ thấy các bài trong link đó, không thấy thông tin nhân viên hay workspace. Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng: máy chủ đặt tại châu Âu, lưu trữ video trên Cloudflare R2, mạng phân phối Cloudflare, dịch vụ gửi email. Các bên này xử lý dữ liệu theo hợp đồng và chỉ để vận hành dịch vụ. Chúng tôi chỉ tiết lộ dữ liệu cho cơ quan nhà nước khi có yêu cầu hợp pháp.

Workspace members according to their assigned permissions: editors only see the clients assigned to them. Approval-link recipients only see the posts in that link, not staff or workspace information. Infrastructure providers: servers hosted in Europe, video storage on Cloudflare R2, Cloudflare's delivery network, and an email delivery service. These providers process data under contract solely to operate the service. We disclose data to authorities only under a lawful request.

Mã TikTok: đến khi bạn ngắt kết nối hoặc xoá workspace. Video gốc: 90 ngày sau khi đăng, sau đó xoá file gốc. Số liệu và nhật ký đăng bài: trong thời gian workspace hoạt động. Workspace ở chế độ chỉ đọc: 60 ngày rồi xoá. Nhật ký kỹ thuật: tối đa 90 ngày. Bạn có thể yêu cầu xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu bất kỳ lúc nào; chúng tôi hoàn tất trong 30 ngày và xác nhận qua email.

TikTok tokens: until you disconnect or delete the workspace. Original videos: 90 days after publishing, then the original file is deleted. Metrics and publish logs: while the workspace is active. Read-only workspaces: 60 days, then deleted. Technical logs: up to 90 days. You may request deletion of all your data at any time; we complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Bạn có quyền xem, sửa, tải về và yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu của mình, rút lại sự đồng ý kết nối TikTok, và khiếu nại về cách chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu. Phần lớn thao tác làm được ngay trong ứng dụng; phần còn lại gửi email theo mục 10.

You have the right to access, correct, export and request deletion of your data, to withdraw consent for the TikTok connection, and to complain about how we handle your data. Most of these can be done directly in the app; for the rest, email us as described in section 10.

Kết nối được mã hoá bằng HTTPS. Mật khẩu được băm. Mã TikTok mã hoá AES-256 khi lưu. Video nằm trong kho riêng tư, chỉ truy cập qua liên kết ký có thời hạn. Link duyệt bài và link báo cáo dùng chuỗi ngẫu nhiên dài, có hạn và thu hồi được. Nhân sự chỉ truy cập dữ liệu khi cần hỗ trợ bạn.

Connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are hashed. TikTok tokens are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. Videos live in private storage accessible only through time-limited signed links. Approval and report links use long random tokens that expire and can be revoked. Staff access data only when needed to support you.

Chúng tôi chỉ dùng một cookie phiên đăng nhập bắt buộc và bộ nhớ trình duyệt để ghi nhớ tuỳ chọn giao diện. Không có cookie theo dõi hay quảng cáo của bên thứ ba.

We use only a strictly necessary login session cookie and browser storage for interface preferences. There are no third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
